URBAN PLANNING

Scalable Water Resource Management

  • Collaborate with community leaders, government agencies, and developers

  • Organize long-term action plans to achieve measurable climate and water resource conservation goals

  • Facilitate inclusive, diverse community participation events

  • Life-cycle planning for long-term system resilience to stress

  • Build a network of strategies that evolve with climate patterns, community growth, and lifestyle needs.

The strength of a web or a mycelial mat supports Native Water System’s beliefs that a network of decentralized systems is key to sustaining resilient watershed communities. Small scale strategies are easier to evolve with minimal impact to the whole system. They allow for quick and economical adjustments to growth, increasing and decreasing with demand. Small scale strategies are able to be integrated into other design needs, bringing a permaculture mindset and value to additional programs and departments.

Native Water Systems confidently integrates a wide variety of stormwater management and water-resource technologies into community developments that reflect a community’s culture and core values.
